NDIS
At Talk With Me, We offer government-funded disability support services for participants of the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) who are either Plan-Managed or Self-Managed. Our fees align with the rates outlined in the current NDIS Price Guide for Service Providers.
Sessions are billed at 60 minutes (45-minute consultation + 15 minutes for individualised planning, teacher liaison and report writing).
Travel is billed in line with the NDIS guidelines.
Note: Travel charged up to a maximum of 30 minutes (each way) of hourly NDIS travel rate for school or home visits.
Fees and Funding
MEDICARE/ PRIVATE HEALTH
Patients with a GP Enhanced Primary Care Plan or Chronic Disease Management Plan may be eligible for Medicare rebates. These plans must be arranged before your assessment to access rebates for up to five allied health sessions per calendar year. Speak with your GP to determine if you qualify. Please note that Medicare rebates and private health benefits cannot be claimed for the same session.
For clients wishing to use their private health fund, please contact your insurer to confirm the rebate amounts available for speech pathology services, as these can differ between providers. Please note, “on the spot” claims are not currently available.
PRIVATE PAYING
At Talk With Me, we warmly welcome private paying clients to access our high-quality speech pathology services tailored to your child’s needs.
Please note that full payment is required at the time of your appointment. If you're facing financial challenges, we encourage you to reach out for a private discussion about funding options that may be available to assist you.

Terms & Conditions
At Talk With Me, we are dedicated to delivering the best possible care to our clients. To help us maintain this standard, we kindly request at least two (2) business days' notice for any cancellations or rescheduling of appointments. If less than two (2) business days' notice is given or if you fail to attend your appointment, a cancellation fee will apply.
